Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your Gaggia machine or accessory in its original box, ensuring all manuals, components, and protective padding are included.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
